NHL Draft Picks Stats and Expectations

On this page you can see the statistics regarding the performance of players drafted by the NHL teams since the first full-fledged draft in 1969. We present the average performance of the picks through the years as well as the expected performance of a pick derived from the average performances in the past of the same picks and the picks nearby. You can also filter the view by available positions. The Eastern European picks below pick 50 from before 1991 are omitted to avoid a skew.
