Quick goals after lead changes in the NHL

This table summarizes the events when a team surrenders a quick goal (within two minutes) after scoring a lead changing goal by itself. We call it 'early relaxation' because it reflects a loss of a focus by the team that just achieved an important goal (pardon the pun).

The two-minute span was chosen because it's usually long enough for all teams' players to step on the ice. The data is shown separately for regular and playoff stages per season.

There is an alternative view showing teams capitalizing on the 'early relaxation'.
